Alannah Parkin Art Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are packaged with care and dispatched from Wiltshire, UK.

  • Unframed originals & prints (A5, A4, A3): 3–5 business days

  • Framed artwork with glass: 5–7 business days If there is ever a delay with your order, I will contact you directly.

Packaging

I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

  • Unframed pieces are shipped flat in rigid, protective packaging with fragile item labelling.

  • Framed pieces are wrapped securely with padding and bubble wrap, corner protection, and fragile item labelling.

UK Shipping

I currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a trusted courier.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

If you are outside the UK and would like to order a piece, please contact me directly. I’m happy to provide a custom shipping quote where possible.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 2–5 business days Delivery times may vary due to postal delays or seasonal demand.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can help resolve the issue. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, get in touch and I will assist in tracking it.

Local Collection

If you are local to Wiltshire and would prefer to collect your order, please contact me before purchasing to arrange this.
